		<description>Nice succinct way to discuss change.  I see knowing what you don&#039;t know as a critical part of leadership.  You always seek out the best person or resource to solve a problem.
In &#039;Who moved my cheese&#039;, knowing that the cheese is running out is only the first step.  But it is a very important first step.  The second step is critical as well - ACT!</description>
